Sound Healing Journey

Every Wednesday, 16.00 - 17.15

What is Sound Healing Class?

Immerse yourself in a deeply relaxing sound journey designed to calm the nervous system, release physical tension, and restore inner balance.

During this session, participants are invited to simply lie down, rest, and receive the soothing vibrations of singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments. The healing frequencies help guide the body and mind into a meditative state where stress can soften and the nervous system can naturally unwind.

This experience supports relaxation, emotional release, mental clarity, deeper rest, and energetic balance — offering a gentle pause from the stimulation of everyday life.

No experience is needed. Just come as you are and allow yourself to rest, receive, and journey inward through sound.

About The Facilitator

Vickya is a sound healing facilitator who creates gentle and supportive spaces for relaxation, emotional release, and inner connection. Her sessions invite participants to slow down, reconnect inward, and return to a deeper sense of balance and presence.

With a calm and intuitive approach, she guides immersive sound experiences using singing bowls and other healing instruments to support nervous system relaxation and emotional wellbeing. Her sessions are beginner-friendly and designed to be both grounding and restorative.

Inspired by Ubuntu Bali’s philosophy of conscious living and inner connection, her intention is to create spaces where people can simply pause, breathe, and reconnect with themselves through sound and stillness.
