Can I join the Mysore Ashtanga classes? I am a beginner?
Yes you can but we ask you to commit to 12 classes that are to be attended within a month. Newcomers to the system will practice for about 1 hour and are required to commit for 4 weeks minimum to learn basics of this special method.
How much are the classes?
Regular Prices Drop in 140,000 IDR, 12 classes 1,440,000 IDR 1 month unlimited 2,500,000 IDR
Kitas and Indonesians Drop in 120,000 IDR, 12 classes 1,270,000 IDR 1 month unlimited 2,200,000 IDR
Local Balinese Drop in 90,000 IDR, 12 classes 840,000 IDR 1 month unlimited 1,440,000 IDR

If I just want to practice ones or twice a week, can I come to Mysore Classes?
Mysore ashtanga is a discipline which is best practised minimum 3 days a week but preferably building it up to 5-6 days a week. It’s a practice done with time and patience, repeating this same ritual on a regular basis that we really get to reap the fruit.
We like to see it not as a mean to have a physical practice but a physical practice that leads to a deeper inner awakening and awareness where we become more and more sensitive and more present in our daily life.
The practice teaches us what we need and what we do not need. The physical body is our vehicle to this intro perspective and knowledge.
If you do not feel that you can commit to this trying one of our other classes might be more suitable.
Do you have Yoga mats?
Yes we do have mats available but for students coming on a regular basis we highly recommend to purchase their own mats.

We do not offer teacher trainings but perhaps something even more valuable.

Our Bungalows are 800,000 IDR 1 person per night, 900,000 IDR 2 person includes tax and services
Parvati Room is 950,000 IDR 1 person per night + 1,050,000 IDR 2 person includes tax and services
Buddha Room is 1,000,000 IDR 1 person per night + 1,100,000 IDR 2 person includes tax and services
We offer 10% discount if stay is 14 days or more Price includes unlimited Yoga.
Can I rent a room long term?
We offer daily rates with 10% discount for long term stays.
