The Sanare Experience (by @Sanare.co) is not your typical workshop. It is a carefully curated, guided reflection experience designed to help you carve out a quiet moment for yourself amidst the busyness of everyday life.
Through thoughtful prompts, reflective writing, creative exercises, and gentle guidance, you will be invited to slow down. It is a safe, welcoming space to sit with the thoughts, feelings, questions, and experiences that are too often pushed aside in our fast-paced, day-to-day routines.
these activity include:Guided breathing and gentle body relaxation.Guided Reflection & JournalingIntroduction to blind drawing as a practiceGuided creative expression through drawing with eyes closed.Participants open their eyes and continue developing their drawings through colouring, doodling, and personal creative expression.Participants symbolically release something they no longer wish to carry by tearing and burning a written note.Bringing the experience to a close with gratitude and reflection.
