What is the “Painting Your Inner Self” about?

The Sanare Experience (by @Sanare.co) is not your typical workshop. It is a carefully curated, guided reflection experience designed to help you carve out a quiet moment for yourself amidst the busyness of everyday life.

Through thoughtful prompts, reflective writing, creative exercises, and gentle guidance, you will be invited to slow down. It is a safe, welcoming space to sit with the thoughts, feelings, questions, and experiences that are too often pushed aside in our fast-paced, day-to-day routines.

these activity include:
  • Guided breathing and gentle body relaxation.
  • Guided Reflection & Journaling
  • Introduction to blind drawing as a practice 
  •  Guided creative expression through drawing with eyes closed.
  • Participants open their eyes and continue developing their drawings through colouring, doodling, and personal creative expression.
  • Participants symbolically release something they no longer wish to carry by tearing and burning a written note.
  • Bringing the experience to a close with gratitude and reflection.
